At Omega Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
